Payment Policy

Kihei Veterinary Clinic Statement of Philosophy:

“Kihei Veterinary Clinic (KVC) hospital is committed to the highest standard of excellence in the care, treatment, and housing of small animals and birds. We strive to remain current through Continuing Education, up to date diagnostic tools, and with upgrades in medical equipment for your pets’ total health care.”

Appointment Policy: All patients are seen by appointment. Walk-ins are seen when the schedule allows, and precedence will be given to scheduled appointments.

Payment Policy: We pride ourselves on working out affordable financial arrangements. A detailed written fee estimate is provided upon your pet(s) admission for hospitalization or surgical care. Payment may be made in cash, check or credit card.

Clinic Client Policies: Please know if you are an established client and you feel your pet requires the doctors attention during full appointment schedules, our staff will make every effort for clinical priority, order of decision, to allow your pet to be seen by the hour. We will not turn away any paitents in a time of need. We ask clients in this stressfull time to remain paitent and allow for the full attention of the Dr. once the schedule is adjusted. We care about our clients pets with as much emotion as you do.
